To comprehensively enhance management efficiency and team effectiveness, Jinhong Group recently invited renowned expert Wang Xinzhi to conduct a specialized training session titled "Winning Through Execution." The session was attended by the Group’s leadership team and key staff members from various departments.
Wang Xinzhi is a professor-level senior professional in political work. With an 18-year military background and over two decades of experience in the banking sector—including serving as Vice President and Deputy Party Secretary at a commercial bank—he has delivered more than 800 training sessions, earning widespread acclaim.
Drawing on his extensive military and corporate experience, Mr. Wang provided an insightful presentation on the essence of execution and its critical components, utilizing vivid case studies and clear, accessible explanations. The session was highly interactive, with participants engaging enthusiastically and frequently responding with applause.
Following the training, the Group’s Chairman delivered a speech, expressing sincere gratitude to Mr. Wang for his excellent instruction.
