(1) Adding 0.3% of CYD-C604 dendritic lubricant increases the melt index of PA6 by 82.55%, and adding 0.5% increases it by 126.44%. The improvement in processing fluidity is remarkable.
(2) Adding 0.3% and 0.5% of CYD-C604 dendritic lubricant can significantly increase the melt index while maintaining good other mechanical properties of the PA6 system.
2. PA6 + 30% GF system

(1) Adding 0.3% of CYD-C604 branched lubricant increased the melt index of PA6 + 30% GF by 76.65%. Adding 0.5% further increased the melt index to 116.3%, significantly improving the processing fluidity.
(2) Adding 0.3% and 0.5% of CYD-C604 dendritic lubricant significantly increases the melt index while basically not affecting other mechanical properties.
