It is widely utilized in plastic products across various sectors, including 5G-related fields (such as 5G base stations), the automotive industry (including new energy vehicles), electronic and electrical components, and instrument housings.

1. Exhibits excellent thermal stability at high temperatures, low volatility, and superior mold release and lubrication properties.
2. When used in the processing and modification of thermoplastic engineering plastics—such as PC and PC/ABS—it demonstrates outstanding thermal stability, eliminating concerns regarding material degradation, while also significantly improving surface finish.
3. When incorporated into glass-fiber-reinforced PC materials, it effectively mitigates the phenomenon of "floating fibers" (fiber exposure); the recommended dosage is 0.5–1.0%.
4. As an external lubricant for plastic systems such as PC and PC/ABS, it offers high efficiency; its required dosage is lower than that of most traditional lubricants, with a typical usage level of 0.5–1.0%.
5. In color masterbatches based on PC, ABS, or similar resins, it facilitates excellent dispersion of pigments.

(1) With the addition of 0.5% CYD-5300 dendritic lubricant, the Melt Flow Index (MFI) of the PC resin increases by 50.5%; with the addition of 1.0%, the MFI increases by 105.5%. This demonstrates a significant improvement in processing flowability.
(2) The addition of varying proportions of CYD-5300 results in excellent retention of the various mechanical properties of the PC resin.

VI. Usage Recommendations
CYD-5300 can be added directly to polymers such as PC and PC/ABS. However, if the required dosage is relatively low—and to address potential issues regarding dispersion—
we recommend first compounding this product into a masterbatch using a twin-screw extruder, and then adding the masterbatch according to the calculated dosage.
VII. Storage: Store at room temperature. Please avoid exposure to moisture, direct light, and prolonged contact with air. Shelf life: 24 months.
