Product Overview
The CYD-T1050 product is an additive with a branched structure containing special functional groups. It significantly improves the processing performance of plastic materials and efficiently disperses pigments and fillers in the system. It is widely used in various plastic products such as pipes, plates, wires and cables, automotive industry, mechanical parts, electronic and electrical components, instrument housings, and so on.
Scope of Application:
Powder coating systems, such as epoxy powder coatings, single anti-static epoxy powder coatings, polyester powder coatings, etc., as well as solvent-based coating systems.
The function of the product:
It has a high molecular weight, no precipitation or volatilization, excellent thermal stability, as well as good demolding and lubrication properties.
2. It can significantly enhance the processing fluidity of thermoplastic materials without compromising their mechanical properties;
3. It has a low viscosity, excellent leveling performance, and no orange peel effect.
4. The presence of a large number of functional groups on the surface that participate in cross-linking can increase the cross-linking density of the system, enhance toughness, and improve adhesion.
5. It has a good dispersion effect in various resin color masterbatches and fillers masterbatches, and effectively improves the compatibility between the resin and the fillers; when used in anti-static materials, it can reduce the addition amount of conductive substances such as carbon black while achieving the same standard of conductive effect.
Recommended addition amount: 0.5 - 5%
Usage Suggestions:
The CYD-T1050 product can be directly added to the polymer at the appropriate dosage as per the formulation.
Storage: The product is prone to moisture absorption. It should be stored in a dry and sealed environment at room temperature. Please avoid moisture, exposure to light, and prolonged exposure to the air. After the product packaging is opened, any unused portion should be sealed as per the requirements. It is recommended that the storage temperature not exceed 45℃ for a long term.
Packaging specification: 20kg per bag
Note: This product may experience a lumping phenomenon in hot summer weather. However, the product's performance remains unchanged; it is only a change in its physical state. This will not affect its usage performance. If the lumping causes the customer to be unable to use it properly, it is recommended that the customer crush it before using.
