I. Product Overview
The nylon anti-floating fiber dispersing masterbatch CYD-MA55 is a branched anti-floating fiber dispersant masterbatch based on PA6. It does not cause dustification and is easy to be mixed evenly. It can also be directly used for blending during injection molding. It mainly addresses the issues of fiber dispersion, fiber leakage, and floating fibers in the nylon fiber reinforcement system. It is suitable for PA6, PA66 and other nylon reinforced systems, and can also improve the fluidity of the system.
II. Product Physical Properties Indicators

III. Product Features
Effectively dispersing glass fibers, improving the bonding between glass fibers and resin, solving the problems of fiber leakage and floating fibers, and making the surface smoother;
2. Effectively enhance the processing fluidity, reduce defective products, and increase production efficiency;
3. Reduce the processing current and lower energy consumption;
4. Granular materials are easier to be mixed evenly. They can be used during the granulation process or directly in the injection molding process.
IV. Typical Application Data
PA6 + 30% GF and halogen-free flame-retardant reinforcing system

2. PA66 + 30% GF and halogen-free flame-retardant reinforcing system

Note: PA6: YH800; PA66:ERP27
The above data table represents typical values obtained under the specified experimental methods and conditions, and is not regarded as the guaranteed values for product specifications.
The improved surface effect of the enhanced nylon system is shown below:

V. Application Scope
