I. Product Overview
CYD-HA102 is a compound based on saturated alkyl calcium. As an excellent lubricant, demolding agent and crystallization nucleating agent for various nylon materials, it significantly reduces the injection molding cycle. It can also be used as an efficient processing stabilizer and acid absorber for polyoxymethylene (POM), improving the processing performance of POM. This product was jointly developed by Chen Yuan Molecular and experts from the national talent program. It has outstanding cost-effectiveness.

V. Recommended Addition Amount
The recommended dosage range is approximately 0.1 - 0.5%. The exact amount to be added depends on the desired requirements of the final product.
It is recommended to vigorously mix the nucleating agent and the resin powder/aggregate at high speed until they are thoroughly combined, and then transfer them to the extruder feeder for extrusion and granulation.
VI. Packaging and Storage
15KG per package, with plastic inner bag.
It should be stored in a dark, cool, dry and sealed environment.
