1. High Body Strength: Possesses excellent flexural strength, compressive strength, bond strength, and tensile shear strength; features a relatively high heat distortion temperature.
2. Low Viscosity & Good Thixotropy: Saves time and effort; facilitates convenient application in vertical or overhead positions.
3. Good Aging Resistance: Exhibits strong resistance to aging, acids, and alkalis.
4. Non-toxic & Odorless: Safe for use and environmentally friendly.
IV. Usage Instructions
This product is supplied in injection-style cartridges and requires a specialized dispensing gun for extrusion. Please wear protective gear, such as gloves, during operation. (Our company supplies the specialized dispensing guns, which may be purchased separately as needed.)
V. Construction Steps
1. Thoroughly clean the anchor hole, ensuring it is dry and free of water, loose dust, or debris.
2. Load the adhesive cartridge into the dispensing gun, then attach the mixing nozzle to the cartridge outlet.
3. Extrude and discard the first four pumps of adhesive to ensure proper mixing.
4. Inject the adhesive into the anchor hole, filling it to approximately two-thirds of its volume.
5. Insert the bolt to be anchored into the adhesive with a rotating motion, ensuring it remains perpendicular to the surface.
6. Allow the adhesive to cure; construction is then complete.
VI. Precautions
1. Construction temperature must be ≥ 15°C.
2. Do not use during rainy or foggy weather, or if the anchor hole is damp; ensure the application surface is completely dry during construction.
3. Do not expose the adhesive to water before it has fully cured.
4. Please wear protective gloves, safety goggles, and/or a protective face mask during use.
VII. Storage
Store in a sealed container in a cool, dry place at room temperature. Avoid direct sunlight and moisture. Shelf life: 12 months.
