Dendritic Macromolecular Polymer-Modified Cement Mortar is a two-component, cement-based composite material modified with a polymer emulsion. It is primarily composed of cement, polymer emulsion, mineral admixtures, anti-crack fibers, cement superplasticizers, aggregates, and other constituents. Its primary applications include the reinforcement of (prestressed) steel wire mesh in engineering projects such as bridges, roads, hydraulic structures, railways, and buildings; surface patching and repair of concrete defects—including erosion, spalling, exposed rebar, and honeycombing; anti-carbonation and anti-corrosion repairs for concrete; rust inhibition and corrosion protection for steel plate surfaces; and surface protection for carbon fiber composites.

IV. Application Method
1. This product consists of Component A (powder) and Component B (emulsion), with a weight ratio of 25:4.5. When ready to use, mix Components A and B thoroughly, then allow the mixture to stand for 5 minutes before application.
2. If the required quantity for a single application is less than a full set, weigh out the necessary amounts of Components A and B according to the 25:4 weight ratio, mix thoroughly, and then apply.
V. Construction Steps
1. Clean the application surface thoroughly, ensuring it is free of large debris or loose fragments.
2. Mix Components A and B thoroughly according to the weight ratio of 25:4.5.
3. Thoroughly pre-wet the application surface with water.
4. Uniformly fill or trowel the mortar onto the areas requiring repair or reinforcement; the mixed mortar must be used within 1 hour.
5. Cover the mortar surface with plastic sheeting to facilitate curing; the curing period should be no less than 7 days.
6. Once the mortar has fully cured, the construction process is complete.
6. Depending on the ambient temperature during construction, the mixed mortar should generally be used within 1 hour. Mortar that has already begun to set (initial set) must not be re-mixed with water or used. This product must not be mixed with other cements, admixtures, or similar materials.
V. Precautions
1. Construction conditions: Ambient temperature must be ≥ 10°C.
2. Long-term service environment: Operating temperature must be ≤ 70°C.
3. Prior to application, ensure the construction surface is thoroughly pre-wetted.
4. The area covered in a single application should not be excessively large; instead, the work should be carried out in staggered strips or sections. Each individual section should not exceed 10 m² in area, and the time interval between the construction of adjacent sections should be no less than 24 hours. When applying in multiple layers, the thickness of each individual layer should not exceed 2 cm; wait until the previous layer has reached its initial set before applying the next layer, ensuring that the joint lines of successive layers are staggered relative to one another. 5. During the period between initial setting and final setting, slight surface crusting or hairline cracking may occur; this affects only the aesthetic appearance and does not compromise other performance properties.
6. Mortar that has already begun to set (initial set) must not be re-tempered with water or reused. This product must not be mixed with other cements, admixtures, or similar materials.
7. Please wear protective gloves, safety goggles, and a protective mask during application.
VI. Storage
Store in a sealed container in a cool, dry environment at room temperature. Avoid direct sunlight and exposure to moisture. When stored in its original, intact packaging, the product has a shelf life of 3 months. If the shelf life has expired or if the material has become caked, it must be sieved and tested to verify its suitability before use.
