IV. Usage Instructions
1. This product consists of two components, A and B, supplied in separate containers, with a mixing ratio (by weight) of 100:40. To use, simply pour Component B directly into the container holding Component A, then mix thoroughly using either a power mixer or by hand until uniform.
2. If the required quantity for a single application is less than a full set (one pair of containers), the components may be weighed out according to specific needs. Measure out the required amounts of Components A and B based on the 100:40 weight ratio, and mix them thoroughly in a clean, dry container free of water and oil before use.
V. Construction Steps
1. Clean the surface of the crack and the surrounding area, ensuring it is free of debris and loose dust, and verify that the surface is completely dry and free of moisture.
2. Mix Components A and B thoroughly according to the 100:40 weight ratio; the mixing process should be completed within 5 minutes.
3. Depending on the specific nature and location of the crack, use in conjunction with the QR ES01 Concrete Repair Adhesive as follows:
(1) If the crack is located on a horizontal surface, direct injection (grouting) may be performed immediately.
(2) If the crack is located on a horizontal surface and extends downward onto a vertical (side) surface, first seal the vertical section of the crack using QR ES01, then proceed with the injection.
(3) If the crack is located on a vertical (side) surface, first seal the entire crack using QR ES01, leaving only the injection port at the top open for grouting.
(4) If the crack is located on a vertical (side) surface and extends downward onto a horizontal surface, first seal both the vertical and horizontal sections of the crack using QR ES01, leaving only the injection port at the top open for grouting.
(5) If the crack is located on an overhead (ceiling) surface, first seal the crack using QR ES01, leaving the designated injection port open for grouting.
(6) If the crack is located on an overhead (ceiling) surface and extends downward onto a vertical (side) surface, first seal both the overhead and vertical sections of the crack using QR ES01, leaving the designated injection port open for grouting. 4. The adhesive will gradually seep down into the cracks; depending on the specific conditions, multiple injections may be required.
5. Once the adhesive has reached its initial set, use QR ES01 to completely seal the cracks; the application process is then complete.
VI. Precautions
1. Application temperature: ≥ 5°C.
2. Long-term service temperature: ≤ 70°C.
3. Do not apply during rainy or foggy weather; ensure that the application surface is dry at the time of construction.
4. Do not expose the material to water before it has fully cured.
5. Please wear protective gloves, safety goggles, and a protective mask during application.
VII. Storage
Store in a sealed container at room temperature in a dry environment. Avoid direct sunlight and moisture. Shelf life: 12 months.
