This dendritic macromolecule epoxy metal repair adhesive is an epoxy-based bonding agent containing dendritic macromolecular components. It is suitable for filling gaps and bonding between metal components, as well as for repairing cracks in metallic materials—such as iron and stainless steel—including applications such as the insulating filling or repair of rail joints.

Application at temperatures below 15°C is not recommended. IV. Usage Instructions
This product is supplied in an injection-style cartridge and requires a specialized applicator gun for extrusion. Please wear protective gear, such as gloves, during operation. (Our company supplies the specialized applicator guns, which may be purchased separately as needed.)
V. Application Steps
1. Grind the end faces of the rail sections until a metallic luster is visible; similarly, grind the insulating sheets to create a roughened surface. Thoroughly blow out the rail gap to ensure it is dry, free of moisture, and clear of loose dust or soil.
2. Seal the bottom and edges of the rail gap using clear adhesive tape to prevent the adhesive from leaking out.
3. Load the adhesive cartridge into the applicator gun, then attach the mixing nozzle to the cartridge's outlet port.
4. Extrude and discard the first four trigger pulls of adhesive to ensure proper mixing.
5. Apply the adhesive into the rail gap and onto the insulating sheets, filling the gap until the adhesive level sits approximately 0.5 mm above the rail surface.
6. Once the adhesive has reached its initial set (gelled), remove the adhesive tape. If the open time (working window) is particularly short, an additional layer of tape may be applied over the surface of the adhesive; this tape should then be removed only after the adhesive has fully cured.
7. Once the adhesive has fully cured, the application process is complete.
VI. Precautions
1. Application temperature range: 20°C to 40°C.
2. Do not apply during rainy or foggy weather; ensure that the application surface is completely dry at the time of application.
3. If cracks appear in the cured adhesive, perform touch-up repairs as necessary.
4. Do not expose the adhesive to water before it has fully cured.
5. Please wear protective gloves, safety goggles, and/or a face mask during use.
VII. Storage
Store in a sealed container at room temperature in a dry environment. Avoid direct sunlight and exposure to moisture. Shelf life: 12 months.
