It is suitable for filling gaps and bonding metal components, as well as for repairing cracks in metal materials—such as iron and stainless steel—including applications such as the insulating filling or repair of rail joints.

Application at temperatures below 15°C is not recommended. IV. Application Method
1. This product consists of two components, A and B, packaged in separate containers, with a mixing ratio of 1:1 by weight. To use, pour Component B directly into the container holding Component A, then mix thoroughly using an electric mixer or manually until uniform.
2. If the required quantity for a single application is less than a full set, weigh out the necessary amounts of Components A and B according to the 1:1 weight ratio. Mix them thoroughly in a clean, dry container free of water and oil before use.
V. Construction Steps
1. Grind the end faces of the rail sections until they exhibit a metallic luster, and grind the insulating inserts to create a roughened surface. Thoroughly blow out the rail gap to ensure it is dry and free of water, loose dust, or soil.
2. Seal the bottom and edges of the rail gap using clear adhesive tape to prevent the liquid adhesive from leaking out.
3. Mix Components A and B thoroughly at a weight ratio of 1:1. The mixing time should be kept within 5 minutes (or within 3 minutes if the ambient construction temperature exceeds 30°C).
4. Apply (coat/inject) the mixed adhesive into the gap between the steel rail sections.
5. Once the adhesive has reached its initial set (gelled), remove the adhesive tape. Allow the adhesive to fully cure to complete the construction process.
VI. Precautions
1. Construction temperature range: 20°C to 40°C.
2. Do not apply during rainy or foggy weather; ensure the application surface is completely dry during construction.
3. If cracks appear in the cured adhesive, perform touch-up repairs as necessary.
4. Do not expose the adhesive to water before it has fully cured.
5. Please wear protective gloves, safety goggles, and a protective mask during application.
VII. Storage
