I. Product Overview
The Dendritic Macromolecule Epoxy Concrete Repair Adhesive is an epoxy resin-based adhesive containing dendritic macromolecular components. It is primarily used for the anti-corrosion maintenance, renovation, and structural reinforcement of high-strength concrete structures—such as roads, bridges, bridge piers, and track slabs—including the repair of cracks, surface defects, and potholes. It is also utilized for the seismic reinforcement of concrete columns, platforms, and similar structures, as well as for repairs under conditions involving vibration; additionally, it is applied in general building repairs, waterproofing, and related applications.
II. Product Data
1. Reference for Application Time:

2. Curing Time Reference (1 kg Adhesive):

Note: Curing time is determined by the volume of adhesive applied and the ambient temperature at the construction site; it may be subject to moderate extension or reduction. Application at temperatures below 5°C is not recommended. The provided data is for reference purposes only and may be adjusted based on specific circumstances to ensure that the installation is completed within the applicable working time.
3. Key Performance Characteristics:

III. Product Features
1. Possesses strong adhesion to existing concrete; resistant to peeling and cracking; its performance is far superior to that of conventional concrete.
2. Rapid curing speed: achieves strength exceeding that of concrete within 3 hours at 25°C. Once cured, the construction process is complete; no post-application curing is required, saving both time and labor.
3. Excellent thixotropy, facilitating vertical and overhead application.
4. Resistant to weathering, aging, and chemical corrosion; offers a service life at least 20 years longer than that of conventional cement, thereby eliminating the need for frequent repairs and replacements.
5. Contains no volatile low-molecular-weight components; non-toxic and odorless, ensuring safety and environmental friendliness.
IV. Application Instructions
1. This product consists of two components, A and B, packaged in separate containers, with a mixing ratio (by weight) of 2:1. To use, simply pour Component B directly into the container holding Component A, then mix thoroughly using either an electric mixer or manually until uniform.
2. If the required quantity for a single application is less than a full kit, the components may be weighed out according to specific needs. Measure out Components A and B at the 2:1 weight ratio, mix them thoroughly in a clean, dry container (free of water and oil), and then apply.
V. Construction Steps
1. Clean the application surface thoroughly to remove any loose debris or dust, ensuring that the surface is completely dry and free of moisture.
2. Mix Components A and B thoroughly at the 2:1 weight ratio; the mixing time should be kept within 5 minutes. 3. Evenly fill or apply the adhesive mixture to the areas requiring repair or reinforcement:
(1) Cracks on Substrate Surfaces: Fill the adhesive into the cracks and within a 1 cm radius surrounding the crack edges. Ensure a filling depth of at least 1 cm, and finally, smooth the surface flush.
(2) Repair of Damaged Defects: Determine the required amount of adhesive based on the volume of the defect to be repaired. Apply the adhesive to the defect site and smooth it out. If the defect is large, use wooden or plastic formwork to enclose the area before filling and shaping (a small amount of machine oil may be applied to the surface of the formwork to facilitate easy removal after curing).
(3) Structural Surface Protection: Apply the adhesive evenly across the substrate surface, ensuring an application thickness of 2–3 mm, and smooth the surface flush.
(4) Application Thickness ≥ 10 cm: It is recommended to use formwork for shaping and to perform the application in layers. Each layer should not exceed 10 cm in thickness; proceed with the next layer only after the previous layer has reached its initial curing stage.
4. Allow the adhesive to cure; the application process is then complete.
VI. Precautions
1. Application temperature range: 15°C to 40°C.
2. Maximum long-term service temperature: ≤ 70°C.
3. Do not apply during rainy or foggy weather; ensure the application surface is completely dry at the time of application.
4. Do not expose the adhesive to water before it has fully cured.
5. Please wear protective gloves, safety goggles, and/or a protective face mask during application.
VII. Storage
Store in a sealed container in a cool, dry place at room temperature. Avoid direct sunlight and moisture. Shelf life: 12 months.
