The PE steel wire mesh skeleton pipe is made of high-strength extruded steel wire mesh skeleton and thermoplastic polyethylene as raw materials. The steel-wrapped mesh serves as the skeleton reinforcing body for the polyethylene plastic pipe. With high-density polyethylene (HDPE) as the matrix, a high-performance HDPE modified bonding resin tightly connects the steel wire skeleton with the inner and outer layers of high-density polyethylene, achieving excellent composite effects. It overcomes the rapid stress cracking phenomenon of plastic pipes and has higher strength, rigidity, and impact resistance than ordinary pure plastic pipes. It has similar characteristics to steel pipes, such as low linear expansion coefficient and anti-rheological property. It is lightweight, easy to install, double-sided anti-corrosion, has the same anti-corrosion performance as plastic pipes, and has high usage temperature and corrosion resistance, as well as a low thermal conductivity.

It has advantages such as higher strength, rigidity, impact resistance compared to pure plastic pipes, a low coefficient of linear expansion similar to that of steel pipes, and resistance to creep.
